Cold insulation systems

The thermal cold insulation of components is realized through the application of insulating material obtained from closed-cell blocks. The insulating structure is fixed together by sealed stainless steel strips.

As for the hot insulation method, a prefabricated steel plate covering will be applied following the same assembly criteria.

Our company delivers industrial hot insulation works for refineries towers, tanks, pipelines and gears adopting mineral wool, glass wool, Foamglas, Pyrogel XT and Pyrogel XTF. We perform industrial cold insulation works on pipelines and gears using Foamglas, rigid polyurethane resin or phenolic resin, Cryogel Aerogel.

The application of the materials required for this particular insulation method, such as polyurethane foam, cellular glass (CG)and phenolic resin, is carried out with great care following the standard regulations enclosed in the technical specifications provided by the suppliers.

We deliver our works nationally and internationally for new build sites, normal maintenance, enlargement and renovation works. Our staff is  highly qualified and trained to work in multiple operating units.

Our company disposes of property equipment, machinery and transportation means. For this reason we are able to prefabricate ready to be used insulation structures which can be easily and very quickly delivered to the appropriate operational units.
