Lifelines Installation

Zamar Srl and its high specialized team is leader in the field of works rope access for the supply and installation of lifelines with no need of scaffolding structures.

A lifeline (according to standard UNI EN 7959) is a safety device consisting of a structure made of temporary and stable anchorages on the roofing for the operator to hook their personal protective equipment when working at height.

The obligation to install lifelines and fall arresters is an important measure necessary to preserve the safety of the rope operators and to guarantee their protection and security during the building maintenance work at height.

Removal of asbestos

Zamar Srl and its rope workers team cooperates with specialized companies for the disposal of asbestos through the adoption of mountaineering techniques for the removal and disposal of chimneys, balconies, ledges and coverings made of asbestos sheeting in total safety.

Installation of bird scarers

Zamar Srl disposes of an expert team of rope workers for the installation of anti-bird devices (nettings or spikes) used for pigeons control in urban areas.

Such service is performed by our expert team in total safety, adopting cost- and time-effective solutions, respecting the applicable legislation.

Demolition, restoration and installation of chimneys

Zamar Srl is among one of the few construction companies in Italy able to deliver chimneys rope installation services. The operating cycle of the above mentioned building service includes:

the storage of the equipment and the building material in an appropriate space in total safety;

the on wall tracking with lead for the chimneys placement preliminary to the chalk line fitting;

the chimneys installation starting from bottom to top and the fastening of the wall bracket (where foreseen) and of all the chimneys directional collars;

the chimneys erection above the roof ridge line on top of the covering for a minimum height of 1,20 mt.

Maximum safety and quality of work:

Our professionals, highly trained for years in the field of mountaineering and caving, all have carried out the training course for the use of rope access and positioning techniques of natural and man-made sites.

Each operation is carefully evaluated by our internal staff that will draw up all the documentation for the safety (security operational plan as per Legislative Decree 81/08) to be submitted to the project manager or contractor before work.

In all work at height on ropes are used technical equipment (Personal Protective Equipment) specially created for the purpose, certified according to the UNI EN and subjected to rigorous quality controls.
